Our Client: A leading online travel company is looking to hire an Account and client Manager based in Dubai.
Your Role: The ideal candidate for the role should be responsible for driving the onboarding of new hotels within the assigned territory and generating revenue from acquired partners. In charge of establishing and maintaining communication with the senior leadership of the branded hotels. Also responsible for account management of key chain hotels and driving sustainable performance of the account at a unit level across the portfolio. Working together with portfolio partners, offering knowledge, measurements, analysis, and suggestions. Also responsible for organizing and carrying out market site visits, analyzing monthly production reports, training partner hotels on our extranet and the wholesale business, and cultivating and managing connections with suppliers. Keep an eye on market intelligence and spot business prospects.Possess the ability to drive creative ideas, solutions, and products through decisive action and leadership, thereby influencing company and industry practices.
Must-Have: Minimum 4+ years of experience in working in account & client management roles, Preferred someone from the internet/ e-commerce,BFSC, OTA industry with MBA or with an equivalent degree. Analytical and proven track record in using data to drive teams and make decisions. Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills. Strong understanding of Business Development, market rigor, product category, market, and growth opportunities.
