Summer of 2004…, a bunch of seasoned recruiters got together and decided to translate their Passion into Reality…
The initial drive of moving from the traditional “postman approach” that recruitment had been caught in historically was not simple. However, after initial hiccups, the winds of change became a tornado with every organization seeking to harness the elusive professional matching exacting standards of the job and the business demands providing them with the cutting edge.
In a market growing exponentially where quality talent is scarce and the demand is ever multiplying, We, at mindfield firmly believe in being a (HEAD) HUNTER AND NOT A MERE FARMER to get the desired result.
In a short span we moved from strength to strength and firmly established our “preferred partner” status with blue chips, multinationals and large local groups across the MENA region firmly based on trust and fast deliverables.
Our passion found new dimensions in 2006. After hours of debates, innumerable cups of coffee followed by hair raising arguments, frazzled tempers and bitten nails we finally arrived at the forgone conclusion… we needed to be the ONE STOP SHOP for all HR Solutions for the region.
A study of the market revealed that the rapid growth of businesses in the region brought about HR into prominence; it also brought its own share of issues bedevilling the organizations. The need of the hour was to fill this vacuum by bringing high calibre specialist support for the organizations to set-up HR systems and processes aligned to the needs of the business and fast growing organizations. And that is how the training and consultancy division was born.
HUMAN RESOURCES is all about appealing to the left and right side of the brain. i.e. left side of the brain, which is the seat of thought and logic, and the right side of the brain, which is the home to sense and feeling .
