With an aim to achieve the Region's Unit & Financial goals by effectively managing the Product Portfolio in region/country.

| What you must have |
| Must be equipped with a Bachelors degree in and have at least 5 years sales experience within the consumer note book category computer with a focus to high volume sales and proven track record of product sales management experience.
Responsible for co-developing (localizing) & delivering local sales & BP training, as well as roadmap communications to relevant audiences.
Responsible for in-region Smart Launch. Drive all relevant parties in country to meet Smart Launch volume, process, & timeline requirements.
Responsible for ensuring local public website accurately reflect product portfolio & strategic focus
Responsible for defining country level configurations and feeding requirements to WW Development.
KEY PERFORMANCE INDICATORS:
Financial KPI's include: Revenue, Units, Margin, AUR, Market share
Non-financial KPI's include: Brand equity, Partner relations, Consumer experience, sales awareness & capabilities; Product roadmaps.
Understands competitive products; understands technology & its practical application/contribution to customer's requirements.
Keen focus on customer needs
Ability to build effective "virtual" teams and drive results through others in a complex cross-functional organization required.
Strong negotiation and influencing skills required, as well as an ability to interact effectively with high level decision makers/executives.
Adept at managing multiple initiatives simultaneously.
Superior verbal and written communication skills.
Entrepreneurial self starter; excels at superior unsupervised execution.
Knowledge about the Notebook industry
