|
Responsible for the execution and development of electrical maintenance programs for site equipment and facilities. Main Duties include sustaining and continually improving the operational performance and the reliability of the plant equipment, through supporting shift electricians, continuously upgrading and leading preventive maintenance activities, condition monitoring program, energy saving program, calibration system.Accountable for the aligning with the Quality and Food Safety systems and standards from electrical maintenance perspective.
Must provide technical training and support to the shift associates / electricians in order to maintain electrical safety standards.
The main responsibilty includes executing the PM program in the whole plant .Ensuring availability of spare parts while respecting existing spare part management rules
Responding to line breakdowns to minimize disruption to production, minimize unscheduled breakdowns.Supporting planned maintenance activities to pre-empt plant failure for electrical related fields.Ensuring a high level of technical communication and hand-over is maintained between shift and days functions.Configuring and calibrating instrumentation and motor control equipment and Assisting in the development and testing of operator interface software.Supporting the commissioning and start-up phases of projects and electrical annual training program for shift electricians.

| What you must have |
| The position would suit an Electrical Engineer with 5 years experience in an industrial/manufacturing environment, preferably in operations and/or engineering role. Must have a very good understanding power and controls systems and electrical instruments. |
