Previous track record of delivering and developing sales. You should have in-depth understanding of the corporate sales strategies, category strategies, regional priorities and the local market circumstances. Based on this knowledge and functional expertise you would lead the development and implementation of focused, highly effective annual sales plans that ensure delivery of the annual objectives. Responsible for building the sales and distribution capability in the Saudi market, develop and execute aggressive growth plans and be capable of delivering the planned net revenue, company operating profit and net working capital on a consistent basis. Work closely with the senior leadership team you would develop a sales plan for each business channel.

| What you must have |
| A degree from a renowned institute with 10+ years of sales / sales management and at least the last 3 years should have been in managing P&L. Saudi market experience is a must. |
