Our Client , a large local conglomerate looking at hiring a CEO for their Contracting business which is into OEM manufacturing for Refrigeration & Fire FightingEquipments ,Steel Furniture, Industrial Water Chillers & other Electrical & Mechanical equipment. The contracting business includes over 15 companies.
The role involves overseeing the operations of all group companies, executing supply, installation ,commissioning & maintenance contracts.
Responsibilities will include
Running the Contracting business as a P&L managing the Revenue & Net Profit
Devising the business strategy in line with the strategy of the group
Managing the customer expectations in terms of project delivery & quality
Contract negotiations etc

| What you must have |
| To qualify for this role, you must be a Mechanical / Electrical Engineer preferably with a Management qualification & about 15-20 years relevant experience in execution of large diverse MEP Contracts within the GCC.
You must also have a good understanding from Tendering stage to recovery of retention amounts in MEP Contracts |
